Doane Theatre takes home accolades from regional festival

John Celesky, Bill Pulte '99, Boston Reid '23, Jessica Pulte '00, Paige Pulte '25, Shelby Fischman '20 and Autumn Galloway '21 (l-r) pose together after their final production of "Beauty and the Beast" with the Elkhorn Community Theatre. Doane Theatre receives eight national awards

Doane University's spring 2021 production of "Lonely Planet" was recognized during the Region 5 Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, held Jan. 16-22. The production was entirely student-led, and five Doane students received awards.
