Here you will find all the information you need about living off-campus including the process for applying, the residency policy, and various resources available in the Crete and Lincoln areas. Process and Application - Applications Closed for the 2017 - 2018 Year

  1. Review the Residency Policy and determine which exemption it would be best for you to apply under.
  2. Complete the off-campus housing application.
  3. Submit all supplemental materials to either the Assistant Director of Residential Life in Perry Campus Center, or to

Please allow for a minimum of 10 days for your application to be reviewed. Also note that submitting an application is not automatic grounds for approval. Late applications will not be reviewed.

Appeal Process

Students may request reconsideration of an exemption decision within five (5) business days after receving notification of the decision. All requests for reconsideration of an exemption decision must be submitted in writing to the Director of Residential Life and Education. Such special cases will be reviewed individually by the Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students (additional supporting documentation is highly recommended).
