Ronoh Wins Dean White Invite

The Tiger men's cross country team placed second this year at the Dean White Invitational, their lone home meet of the year. Hastings came away with the team title after finishing with 41 points. Doane collected 61 points overall. The unofficial team title went to the Doane Alumni team that posted 29 points.

Edwin Ronoh was the overall meet champion for the Tigers as he ran a time of 27:14.28. Jarid Holliday placed seventh with a time of 27:48.21. Jamil Chehade ran a time of 28:49.30 to place 14th.

Jory Pflasterer ran a time of 29:14.27 and finished 19th overall while Zach Christensen placed 20th with a time of 29:16.78. Steve Jerina placed 24th with a time of 29:43.53 and Jordan Pieper was 26th with a time of 29:59.77.

Also running for Doane were Omar Fernandez and Andrew Ohlson. Fernandez placed 29th with a time of 30:28.76 while Ohlson ran a time of 34:00.57 and placed 31st.
