School Activities:

I am majoring in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. My activities on campus are Cross Country, Track & Field, Doane University Latino Student Association, Doane Health Medical Occupations Club, Newman Club, Doane Sports Medicine, and Campus Advocacy Prevention & Education Peer Educator

At Doane, my involvement includes: Gamma Phi Iota Sorority, Women’s Soccer, Doane Serves, the Hansen Leadership Program,  and Sigma Pi Sigma Physics Society.

Future Plans:
I plan to commission into the Air Force as an officer and work towards a Master’s in Nursing.

In the future, I plan to pursue a career at Boeing - St. Louis in the field of aerospace engineering.
Interesting Fact:
I met a Pittsburgh Pirates player during my mission trip in the Dominican Republic.

I hate any and all forms of seafood.

I have three dogs and a cat.

I love to eat mangoes because my mom got me hooked into them when I was a little kid.

Nacho Cheese Doritos – you can lick the powder off your fingers afterwards

My favorite snack is grapes with cheese because it tastes great and makes me feel classy.

In my free time, I like to play Fortnite and pet animals.
Tiger Tidbit:  
I practiced with the track team and I hit it off really well with the distance group and felt welcomed into the family atmosphere that the Doane Track & Field program is known for.      

 

 

  Tiger Tidbit:
I originally came here for basketball but fell in love with the campus on my first visit. I knew Doane had outstanding academics as well and my major was available. Being out of state, I wanted to go somewhere that the people I graduated with weren’t and Doane was a perfect fit for me.

I continue to enjoy my time at Doane due to the undeniable connection between the faculty, staff, and students.

School Activities:

Graduated with Bachelor’s in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. Participated in the Doane theatre department.

Future Plans: Start a career in videography/photography and eventually launch a media based business.
Interesting Fact: Been a part of a youth leadership organization for young men from the ages of 12-21 for the last nine years in December called DeMolay International and served as Nebraska DeMolay’s State Master Councilor 2016-2017.
Pets: A cat named Skittles, and an American Eskimo named Rocky.
Favorite Snack: ​Sour Gummy Worms, always have had a love for sour gummy candies.
How I Spend My Free Time: Plays video games and hangs out with friends.
Tiger Tidbit:   Small Community was more appealing when it came to forming relationships with other students and faculty.
