    • 2 - 5 p.m. Welcome to the Jungle (Lincoln) Join us where the wild things are at the Lincoln Children's Zoo! Meet faculty and staff from our adult learner campus in Lincoln. All alumni and families are FREE.
    Monday, October 1

    • 5:30 p.m. Student Kick-Off Celebration - SPB, International Office (Perry Campus Center) The Crete campus celebrates the beginning of a week full of fun! Meet up with Thomas the Tiger for a night of BBQ, decorating and celebrating.
    • 6-7 p.m. Wine 101 - The Basics (Doane Omaha Campus) How is wine made? How do you taste it? What does "oak" mean? Learn the basics from Corkscrew Wine and Cheese in this fun, interactive class over their favorite beverage - WINE! Learn to taste like a pro in this 60 minute wine class. Includes sampling wines and light snacks. Cost is $20/person. Location is at the College of Professional Studies Omaha Campus - 4020 South 147th, Omaha, NE.
