Overview

The reading and writing endorsement is a supplemental endorsement. It must be added to an existing endorsement. The reading and writing endorsement requires a minimum of 21 semester hours. This endorsement is only offered at the graduate level. Students wishing to complete the endorsement for PK-6 and 7-12 must take all the course work in both areas including two field experiences one at each level.
