Education is one of the most important, and possibly the first, big investment of your life. Spend some time researching scholarships as they can be a big factor in financing your years at college.

Your academic scholarship amount and GPA maintenance requirements are tied to the semester you started at Doane.

Athletic Award Varies. Funds are limited and awarded at the discretion of the coach.

To be eligible for any Doane Athletic Award, first-time students must meet two of the following three requirements based on final high-school transcripts:

Admitted students may be required to participate in a tryout.

This award is renewed each year at the discretion of the coach.

Private / Alternative Student Loans Varies (Up to Cost of Attendance)

We recommend that you and your family review all your funding options and then determine the best one/s for your situation.

You must renew each year with the lender of your choice.

Doane University Legacy Grant $1,000

Awarded to admitted applicants who have a current sibling attending the Crete campus or who have had a sibling, parent, grandparent or great-grandparent graduate from Doane University.

Eligible students receive this award.

This grant is renewable for up to eight semesters.

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) $4,500/yr for students starting during the 2017-18 academic year.

Doane University Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship

To be eligible for the CPS Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship, students must 1) transfer credit from a qualified institution, 2) submit all application and scholarship materials by the deadline -

This scholarship is non-renewable.

Yankton College Post-Graduate Scholarship $1,000

Applicants must have a connection to Yankton College.

All admitted, first-time, students who demonstrate experience advocating for diversity and equity are eligible to apply

Students must remain in good academic standing to renew this award for up to eight semesters.
