Education is one of the most important, and possibly the first, big investment of your life. Spend some time researching scholarships as they can be a big factor in financing your years at college.

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship

Inclusive Doane Scholarship

All admitted, first-time, students who demonstrate experience advocating for diversity and equity are eligible to apply

Students must remain in good academic standing to renew this award for up to eight semesters.

Thomas Doane Transfer Scholarship

 

This scholarship is $21,000 per year for transfer students enrolling for the first time during the 2020-21 academic year.

3.0 cumulative GPA required for renewal

Future Leaders in Agriculture Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship students must be a member of NeCGA or the son/daughter of an NeCGA member.

College JumpStart Scholarship

The College JumpStart Scholarship is an annual, merit-based competition (financial need is not considered) that is open to 10th-12th graders, college students and non-traditional students.

Courage to Grow Scholarship

You must be a junior or senior in high school or college student with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or better. All applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Doane University Legacy Grant $1,000

Awarded to admitted applicants who have a current sibling attending the Crete campus or who have had a sibling, parent, grandparent or great-grandparent graduate from Doane University.

Eligible students receive this award.

This grant is renewable for up to eight semesters.

Travel Scholarship $1,000

Available to all juniors and seniors.

You will select your trip from a listing of approved trips during the May interterm. 

Available for up to $1,000.

The Travel Scholarship can be applied to one or two eligible trips.

The Travel Scholarship is optional, but highly encouraged.

Rocky Mountain Alumni Scholarship $1,500

Must be a student from the Rocky Mountain area in Colorado.

Specific requirements can be found on the Rocky Mountain Alumni Chapter site.

This is a one-time $1,500 award scholarship.
