Please ensure you login at eRezLife and complete your Emergency Contact Information and any Housing Applications, including Off Campus Applications. Housing Assignments will be released on eRezLife and via your Doane email on July 13, 2021.

Summer Common Reading 

Buy or rent Becoming a Learner, the book for the Summer Common Reading Program. This short, 52-page book is the basis for an introductory assignment on the fundamental purpose of college and will serve as the beginning of your academic journey at Doane University. Look for an email from your LAR 101 professor for more details!

Authorized Users

By adding authorized users you are allowing access to your billing and payment information.  Usually students add their parents/guardians, or other individuals who help them financially.  To add authorized users to your student account, log into Webadvisor at and follow these instructions here by clicking on Set Up Authorized Payer.

Emergency Alerts

All students are automatically signed up for our emergency alert system each semester.  Please visit and click on My Profile to ensure that your current contact information (e.g., cell phone) is up to date in order to receive alerts.  If any of your profile information is incorrect, email the correct details.

Vehicle Registration

Students need to send a copy of their vehicle registration and proof of insurance to the Public Safety Office at  A parking permit will be placed into your students mailbox prior to check-in.

Payment Plan Agreement

CAPE Training

The link will be shared through your Doane email account by July 15. This training is a requirement of the Campus Advocacy, Prevention, and Education (CAPE) Project. Students who fail to complete this will have a hold placed on their account and will be unable to register for Spring Term. Students who have questions or concerns about completing a training with sensitive information regarding sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking are encouraged to reach out to

Calculus Credit By Examination

The Math and Data Analytics Department is offering incoming students a chance to earn college credit for Calculus (MTH 235) by passing our exam. Students must have earned an A or B in their high school calculus class. For more information, please view our flyer.
