Doane Sports Medicine is closely related to the Student Athletic Training (SAT) staff in the Doane Athletics Training Room. It builds a closer bond between the SATs who can share encouragement and concerns during their consideration and pursuit of graduate school, whether it's for Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or one of the many other possibilities.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is open to athletes, coaches, and all students. FCA presents the challenge of Christianity to relationships and lives.
 
 
 

Gamma Phi Iota Sorority was founded in 1908 on principles that value scholarship, friendship, and fun. Their mission to inspire the highest type of womanhood, cultivate high scholastic standards, promote unity among college women, radiate kindness, promote the welfare of others through philanthropic activities, embrace our spirituality in the most profound way, and uphold friendship as the strongest bond that binds the members of Gamma Phi Iota together.

 

Generation for Sexual Health and Political Change at Doane University, member of Planned Parenthood Generation Action, exists to educate the university community about reproductive health and rights, build a diverse, strong, progressive, healthy and politically active community within our campus, and to serve as a coalition partner to state, national, and international reproductive, equality and civil rights efforts.
 
 
 

The Global Involvement Club's mission is to encourage domestic and international students to intermingle. Moreover, we bring awareness to different cultures within Crete and find ways to volunteer and serve in any way possible - whether as a group or hosting a speaker.

Greek Council represents the governing body for Doane University's Greek Community. Each recognized fraternity and sorority elects 2-3 representatives to serve on the Council. The purposes of the Greek Council are to promote the interests of Doane University and the fraternities/sororities; secure cooperation among Greek social organizations, faculty, staff, and the administration; resolve matter reflecting upon the Greek organizations at Doane University; and interpret and establish all guidelines for rush activities and Greek Week.

Social gaming community run through Resident Life.

Health and Medical Occupations Club (HMOC) helps prepare members for future careers in medical-related fields (pharmacy, dentistry, physical or occupational therapy, medicine, etc.). Activities include touring UNMC and Creighton, providing job shadowing experiences, community service, and putting together a portfolio.

To bring value and knowledge to students in preparation for after their graduation from Doane University. This semester, we are bringing in 3 HR professionals to speak with students what HR departments are looking for from college graduates and what college students should be doing now to prepare themselves.
