My research interests are extremely varied but center around plant ecology, particularly how plants respond to prairie fires.
Roots & Shoots Conservation Club
In the Spring of 2005 two students (Amy Sherwood and Neil Wolfe) and I founded the Doane University Chapter of Jane Goodall’s conservation group Roots and Shoots.
