Nick Iwata, who recently graduated from Doane University, will be an English Teaching Assistant in Bulgaria for the 2019-20 academic year, continuing Doane's storied past of producing Fulbright Scholars. After Iwata completes his time in Bulgaria, he will begin medical school at Lake Erie College in the Fall of 2020.
