Financial Questions

Q:  Are there additional costs associated with this program?
A:  Students who take greater than 18 credits in a single semester may be required to pay an overload fee (students are exempt from the fee up to 20 credits if they have a college GPA of 3.25 or better).  A schedule requiring more than 18 credits in a single semester will depend on the program, the semester, and the number of credits transferred in by the student initially and during the summers.  Also, summer course work is not included in annual tuition and may not be paid for with financial aid.  That being said, the costs associated with the additional credit work and graduation in 3 years will save a student substantial tuition and room/board fees compared to a student who graduates in four years.

Q:  Will a student be required to pay additional tuition for coursework beyond 18 credits?
A:   Students who take greater than 18 credits in a single semester will be required to pay an overload fee (students are exempt from the fee up to 20 credits if they have a college GPA of 3.25 or better).  Credits beyond 18 depend on the program, the semester, and the number of credits transferred in by the student initially and during the summers.
