The Teaching of German IV

The student will participate in a setting whereyforeign language instruction is occurring.yStudents will foster relationships andycollaborative skills with students, families,ycolleagues, and community agencies to supportyforeign language acquisition. Students will seekyappropriate multicultural connections andyintegrate those perspectives into the foreignylanguage and other curricular areas, whereyappropriate, to prepare students for participationyin a diverse world. Students will become activelyyinvolved in leadership opportunities that promoteyprofessional growth in the foreign language area.yStudents will demonstrate the ability to promoteycareer opportunities in the target language.yPrerequisite: German 324, German major andyenrolled in professional term, or permission.yOffered fall term.
