For Employers

There are many great recruiting opportunities for employers who wish to hire Doane University students and alumni.  Career Center staff are prepared to partner with you to help source high-quality interns, new graduate hires and mid or high-level employees for your organization.

  • A Night of Networking: An annual event on campus, employers and organizations are invited to attend to network with our junior and senior students regarding opportunities such as full-time employment, internships, and volunteerism. This event is a great way to get to know the talent that Doane has to offer.

  • Employer Booths: Employers are welcome to set up a career fair style booth outside of the College to Career Center on the Crete campus. The ideal time is during the lunch hour (11 AM-1 PM) when the student traffic is high. Call 402-826-8501 or email career@doane.edu to schedule a day to visit out campus.
  • Employer Visits: Each semester the College to Career Center organizes visits to local companies and organizations. These visits typically include a tour of your facilities, meetings with your team(s), and an opportunity to chat with HR about desired qualities in candidates. If you are interested in hosting an employer visit, call Sarah Begay at 402-826-8502 or email at sarah.begay@doane.edu.

  • Posting and Advertising Jobs and Internships: Using JobZone, our comprehensive online career and internships postings network, you can enter and manager your jobs and internships personally.
