2-6 p.m. Big Birthday Celebration (Antelope Park, Lincoln)
Not only is Doane turning 140 this year, but the Lincoln campus is also celebrating the big 3-0. Join us for food, family and fun. Different bands playing on the hour!
Monday, Oct. 1
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Doane Timeline (Perkins Library)
Travel back 140 years to where it all started. The library has captured the big moments in Doane’s history. Make it to the end and earn a chance for FREE Doane gear!
11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Aqua Massages (Butler Gym)
5 – 7 p.m. Doane Grand Island Non Traditional Student’s Week Dinner (Monday - Thursday)
6 p.m. Interterm Flashback (Crete Campus)
Experience a FUN hands-on class just like you do during interterm. Interterm classes will be big on laughs and low on stress. Here’s your chance to learn something new and rub a few elbows with alumni while you’re at it. RSVP early for best class selection. Class size: 20 (includes alumni and students)

Sharpen your interview skills. Fine tune your resume. Negotiate your salary. Only the course is mini – the potential is big! A panel of HR professionals from the Central Nebraska Human Resources Association will be answering your questions. Check the monitors upon arrival for room assignments.

8:30 a.m. – A panel of Human Resources alumni will be answering the questions you’ve always wanted to know but never had a chance to ask.
10:30 a.m. – Take the next big step. Develop your emotional intelligence with Dean Janice Hadfield and see the positive impact it will create in your profession. Room assignments for both classes will be listed in the Fred Brown Center.
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Welcome Back Desk (Perry Campus Center)
Need a place to stop and relax? Stop by the Homecoming Hospitality area to pick up schedules of Homecoming events and chat with friends.
10 a.m. Bigger, Better Homecoming Parade
Now this is a parade fit for a Tiger! Route starts at 9th and Main St. Awards for Best of Doane College, Superlative Entertainment and Finest Overall Entry! Submit float entries to caitlin.baker@doane.edu.
10 a.m. Men’s Alumni Baseball Game (Ledon Softball & Baseball Complex)
Dust off your cleats and shake the cobwebs from your swing as current players and alumni join in a friendly game of baseball. Optional batting practice at 9AM, team selection and photos at 9:30AM.
10 a.m. Delta Kappa Pi Reunion Reception (Perry Campus Boardroom)
