This course builds on the students' experience inyEnglish 238, Introduction to Fiction Writing.yStudents gain a deeper exposure to fictionalytechniques, with emphasis on their own writing andya critical response to that of their classmates.yUpon successful completion of the course, studentsywill be conversant with major types of shortyfiction and will have produced a portfolio ofytheir own work. Prerequisite: English 238.
