Sample Registration Form

Each school's team or sponsor will be responsible for assigning its three students to the nine workshops.  Students from schools sending fewer than three students will be placed onto a team and into workshops at the discretion of the hosts.

Each workshop will examine a different aspect of the murder your team is investigating.  Your investigative team will increase its chances of solving the murder by making sure that it has collectively attended all workshops and obtained all of the clues.

Special Note: The form below is NOT a registration form.  It has been provided so that you can collect registration information prior to online registration becoming available, as available spots fill up very quickly once registration opens.

Once online registration opens there will be a link to it on the CSI: Doane home page.  Before the registration form appears, you will be asked to read and accept the Doane College Cadaver Policy.
