This course is an exploration of the ethical issues confronting the criminal justice practitioner. Through the use of case studies, students develop an awareness and understanding of the ethical dilemmas faced in the police service, the judiciary, and the correctional system and the checks and balances established to preserve the integrity of the criminal justice system. Prerequisites: CRJ 210 and 205.
