The third seminar allows the student to exploreythe application of his/her professionalydevelopment and its relevance to counseling,yconsultation and supervision. The student will:y1) develop a personal philosophy of counseling andypersonal career goals; 2) address the personalyimpact of practical professional issues (includingyprofessional credentialing by certification orylicensure, accreditation practices and standards,yand the effects of public policy on these issues);yand 3) become familiar with practical details ofyprofessional practice. Prerequisite: Counselingy628. Required course for all students in LevelyIII.
