Practicum Experiences

In the 1997-98 and 1998-99 school year, the education faculty reviewed the Practicum courses looking for ways to restructure the program to allow for further preparation without adding additional hours to any major.  By reducing the Education 211 and 221 courses to three-credit courses, the department was able to create a secondary methods course, an instructional technology course for all education majors, and independent two-credit elementary/middle level social studies and science methods classes.
