Orientation Leaders

Orientation Leaders assist in the facilitation ofyan extended orientation program for new students.yOrientation Leaders develop their communicationyskills and leadership abilities in helping newystudents make a smooth transition to college lifeyand Doane. Orientation Leaders are assigned toysmall groups of new students and serve as advisersyand resource people throughout the year.yCommitments include training,yfall/interterm/spring orientation and OrientationyLeader selection. Prerequisite: Permission byyselection. (Pass/Fail)
