A study of the latest research and theory inyorganizational behavior and its practicalyapplication to the management of organizations.yTopics include employee performance andysatisfaction, leadership, and organizationalydevelopment. Students successfully completing thisycourse will be able to 1) define the variousytheories included in the area of organizationalybehavior, 2) identify and comprehend complexyorganizational behavior issues and problems, 3)ycollect and use evidence to effectively analyzeyand resolve organizational, behavioral, andymanagerial issues, 4) apply the theoreticalyconcepts of organizational behavior to simulatedybusiness situations.
