Doane women's soccer post-season honors have been announced and the following players were recognized by the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).
Kelsey Bryant, a junior from Lincoln, was named First Team All-GPAC as a defender. She posted one assist on the year but was instrumental in seven Doane shutouts. She also received NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors.
Samantha Exstrom, a junior from Lincoln, received Second Team All-GPAC honors as a forward. Exstrom had a strong finish to the season, posting eight goals and three assists after missing games earlier in the year due to injury. She is a three-time GPAC post-season recipient.
Alyssa Davis, a freshman from Lincoln, earned Second Team All-GPAC as a defender. Davis joins Kelsey Bryant as key members to a defense that limited opponents to a 1.18 goals against average.

Wagner and Bryant controlled the middle-back for the Tigers as they help hold opponents to 230 shots, less than 13 shots per game. In 2008, Doane allowed more than 16 shots per game and a goals against average of 1.60.
Kelsie Grgurich, a freshman from Bellevue, was named honorable mention All-GPAC as a midfielder. Grgurich notched six goals on the season and two assists. Four of her goals scored proved to be game winners.
