Tigers Picked Fourth in GPAC

Doane returns four starters from last year's team that placed third in the GPAC and are projected by the conference coaches to finish fourth this year. The Tigers received 111 points in the poll. Defending NAIA champion Hastings is the preseason favorite after collected 138 points and eight first place votes. Northwestern was second with 131 points and three first place votes with Morningside taking third with 128 points and two first place votes. Doane opens the season on November 1 at College of St. Mary in Omaha.
