Nebraska-Omaha Tops Doane

The Tigers were paced by Brent Cole's 22 points and Kolby Hamilton's 18 points but it was not enough as the University of Nebraska-Omaha topped Doane 80-61 on Monday evening in Omaha.
UNO improved to 8-4 on the year while Doane dropped to 9-5 overall. The Mavericks were paced by Zac Robinson's 24 points. He connected on six of UNO's 10 three-point baskets.
Cole led Doane with eight field goals, including three from behind the arc. He also led the team with six rebounds.
The Tigers out-rebounded the Mavericks 34-33, as Doane collected 13 offensive rebounds.
Doane will take the court next on January 3 when they take on Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln.
