Kavinsky Earns GPAC Honor

Men's Offense - AJ Dingledine, Hastings - Forward
Hastings forward AJ Dingledine is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Dingledine, a junior from Lincoln, Nebraska, scored four goals on the week as the Broncos went 2-0. He had the game-winning goal against Olivet Nazarene (1-0). Hastings, ranked 20th this week, is now 3-2 on the season.
Men's Defense- Chris Kavinsky, Doane - Keeper
Doane keeper Chris Kavinsky is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week. Kavinsky, a senior from Englewood, Colorado, totaled six saves on seven shots in a hard fought 1-0 loss for the Tigers against William Jewell. The Cardinals, who were receiving votes in the NAIA, scored the game-winner on him in the final minute of overtime. Doane is now 1-4 on the season.
