Doane to Launch Online MBA Program
Doane University’s College of Professional Studies is expanding its fully-online master’s degree offerings with an Online Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program. Classes are designed for working professionals and will begin this May. Doane’s Online MBA program will offer a challenging curriculum focused on technical and strategic elements of operating a business. The program will be the third fully-online master’s program to be launched by the university since 2016, following master’s programs in management and education.
“The addition of the Online MBA program represents our commitment to helping working professionals earn their degree from Doane University no matter where they live and work,” said Doane President Dr. Jacque Carter. “This program, much like all of our adult learning programs, will be rigorous, yet flexible so that adults at any stage in life will have the ability to benefit from the quality education that Doane is known for.”
All MBA courses are completely online and taught by Doane faculty. Courses are eight weeks long and are offered five times per year, so students could potentially finish their MBA through Doane in as little as 18 months depending on course load. The program will feature six emphasis areas including:
- Healthcare Administration
- Nonprofit and Public Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Project Management
- Supply Chain Management & Logistics
- Data Analytics
- Tailored Option: Build your own emphasis area
Applications for the Online MBA program are now being accepted. Those interested in obtaining more information should contact an enrollment specialist at 402-467-9000 or log on to Doane.edu/mba.
The Online MBA program has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
