Doane Places Fourth in Meet

The Doane women's golf team placed fourth at the Doane College Invitational on Monday and Tuesday at Wilderness Ridge G.C. in Lincoln.  The Tigers posted a two-day score of 941 while Morningside won the invite with a total of 762.

Kylee Flaherty was a medalist for the Tigers, shooting a two-round score of 210 (113-97) and placed 10th.  Flaherty tied for the tournament lead in birdies with two and also posted three pars with was ninth in the meet.

Andrea Rosh posted a 227 (113-114) and tied for 16th with teammate Rachel Ryan (118-109).  Each posted one par during the two rounds.  Katlyn Altic rounded out the Tiger scoring with a 21st place finish and 311 (154-157).

Patricia Lueck and Melisa Dalton competed on the first day of the meet as well for Doane.  Lueck shot a 119 and had one par while Dalton posted a 120.
