The Tigers hung in close with No. 8 Dickinson State but it was not enough as they fell in three games 30-27, 30-20, 30-25.
The Tigers struggled at the net posting a .077 attack percentage.
Dickinson State had nine team blocks in the match and hit .257.
Kaylee Lubken and Allison Weaver had 20 digs each.
Caitlin Schaffert had a team high 12 kills and Rachel Hagerman collected 30 assists.
The Tigers will face host Graceland University in the Silver Bracket of the Graceland Invite.
