How is Doane preparing you to reach your goals?
Doane is helping me reach my goals by offering small class sizes, more contact time with the professors, and many opportunities for leadership roles in extracurriculars.

Who has been a major influence for you during your education at Doane? How have they helped you?
My friends. They've supported me in my studies but more importantly in my leadership roles. They've helped me make some hard decisions and they've pushed me to challenge myself socially.

What is something you're proud of accomplishing or achieving while at Doane?
I'm extremely proud of the esports team. Aaron Blackman and I have put in a lot of work this year and it is really starting to shine.

What advice would you give to an incoming student?
Join a lot of groups but learn to quit a lot of groups

What's something you like about yourself that other people may not know?
I write poetry in my free time!

What is something you've really enjoyed about your time at Doane?
I've really enjoyed living in the dorms, strangely enough. It's really nice to be within walking distance of your friends
