Scholarships in music at Doane College are available for majors and non-majors.

Audition/Scholarship Application

 

Vocal Audition Instrumental Audition Tiger Pep Band Grant
  • Prepare one solo of contest quality in any language.
  • Prepare a solo on your instrument of contest quality
  • You do not need to audition for the Tiger Pep Band Grant.
  • You will be asked to vocalize patterns to test voice range and tonal imagery, and may be asked to sight-read.
  • You will be asked to perform a chromatic scale through the range of your instrument and sight-read a selection to demonstrate your music literacy skills.
  • Notify both Dr. Nielsen and your Doane admission representative if you wish to receive the grant.
