Hi my name is Matt and I am a senior journalism major at Doane College.
Through Doane I have been able to travel to Australia and the Caribbean islands for school. I know that I would not have been able to see Australia if it was not through Doane's interterm and travel scholarship. Never would I have thought I would meet Aboriginees and throw boomerangs in the Outback or eat kangeroo in Sydney.
At Doane I am a member of Sigma Phi Theta fraternity. It has been a huge part of my college career and will be in my life forever.
This semester I write for the new Doane Line. The Doane Line is a site that provides information online to anyone interested at what's going on at Doane. I played baseball three years at Doane where we traveled annually to San Antonio, Texas.
It seems like yesterday when I was in orientation ready to become an offical Doane student. Now I am soon to graduate and it is a really exciting time to see what will happen next.
