Introduction to Legal Research

A course providing a general understanding of theynature of legal research and its specificytechniques and methodologies. Students learn howyto use the resources available in a standard lawylibrary and in computer-assisted legal researchyprograms to locate primary source materials andysecondary source materials, such as treatises, lawyreview articles, and legal encyclopedia, all ofywhich help explain the law. Prerequisite:yParalegal Studies 121.
