Introduction to Immunology Lab

An optional laboratory accompanying BIO 317. Theylaboratory work includes basic blood cell studiesyusing the microscope, using known antibodies andyantigens to demonstrate immunological reactions,yusing classical techniques to quantitateyantibody/antigen concentrations and determineyantibody/antigen specificity, and a 6-weekyproject that investigates the effects of stressyon the human immune system.
