Sunday, September 28             
2-5 p.m.  Welcome to the Jungle!  (Lincoln Children’s Zoo, Lincoln)
Join us where the wild things are at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo!  Meet alumni, students, faculty and staff from the School of Graduate and Professional Studies in Lincoln.  Special meet and greet with FREE admission, door prizes and other surprises when you register online.

Looking for a burst of positive energy?  Hypno-empowerment is a must for those individuals seeking a way to empower and motivate themselves to be the star of the show every day.

5-7 p.m.  Non Traditional Student Week Dinner (GPS Lincoln  Campus)

7:30 p.m.  Theatre Production of "The Heart of Robin Hood" (Crete Campus)
In this spectacular rendition of the English legend, the notorious Robin Hood and his band of  merry men steal from the rich, but refuse to share with the oppressed peasantry.  As the wicked Prince John threatens all of England, it is down to Marion to boldly protect the poor and convert Robin Hood from outlaw to hero.  This new production is filled with high adventure, epic romance, amazing fight choreography, and an original score inspired by contemporary folk music.  Reserve your tickets at doane.edu/theatre-ticket-reservations.

10 p.m.  Pep Rally and Coronations (Crete Campus, Haddix)
Join us for the evening as we kick off the big show and display our Tiger pride.  The Doane Duke and Duchess will be announced and the skits are sure to start your adrenaline pumping for an exciting weekend!

11a.m. registration, 12p.m. Shotgun start; $50/person
Take one for the team!  Join the Capital Alumni Chapter and reunion classes for a 4-person scramble.  Part of the fee will go towards student scholarships.  Open to all alumni and friends.        

5 p.m. to 8 p.m.  Capital Chapter Friday Afternoon Club / Reunion Class Gatherings  (Railyard's Jack and June, Lincoln)
The Capital Alumni Chapter invites alumni from all campuses to join them in downtown Lincoln for a relaxing FAC.  Alumni heading back for their reunions are also encouraged to stop by and meet up for a drink and appetizers.  Check out Lincoln's new hot spot in the Railyard!

9:30 a.m.  Men’s Alumni Baseball Game (Crete Campus, Ledon Softball & Baseball Complex)
Dust off your cleats and shake the cobwebs from your swing as current players and alumni join in a friendly game of baseball.  Optional batting practice at 9AM, team selection and photos at 9:30AM. 

10:30 a.m.  Women’s Alumni Basketball Game (Crete Campus, Haddix Center)
Hit the courts for a friendly game and meet up later in the Gibson Hall of Fame Room to unwind.

11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Tiger Tailgate (Crete Campus, Communications Parking Lot)

Food trucks…it’s not just for TV competitions anymore.  Join us for lunch from local vendors including Nitro Burger, Heoya, Rolling Fire Catering, Mama’s Kitchen, and Runza.  Bring the kids to test out the carnival games at the FREE Tiger Cub Club on the north side of the football field.  Fans are also encouraged to tailgate in the designated Communications parking lot area.  Get there early – spots go fast!

11:30 a.m.  Inter Greek Alumni Association Forum (Crete Campus, Communications 02)
Stop by CM02 in th Communications building to hear more about the Greek revitalization plans at Doane and strategic plan overview.

1 p.m.  Tiger Football vs. Nebraska Wesleyan University (Crete Campus)
Let the fur fly!  This year marks the 100th matchup between Doane and Nebraska Wesleyan.  The rivalry dates back to 1896, and the Tigers have a 47-46-6 all-time record against the Prairie Wolves.  Be on the lookout for Doane/Wesleyan ALUMNI competitions this fall!

1 and 3:15 p.m.  Tiger Soccer at Mount Marty College (Yankton, South Dakota)

4 - 6 p.m.  5th Quarter Party / Class Reunions (Crete Campus, Nyrop Hall)
Time to celebrate with music, snacks and a cash bar!  All fans, friends and family are invited to join us after the game for fun in the newly renovated Fuhrer Fieldhouse.  Hear from President Carter, catch up with friends, and win prizes.

7 p.m.  After Hours at 9th Street Bar and Grill

7:30 p.m.  Glow Doane 5K (Crete Campus, Communications Parking Lot)
Lighting the path for a brighter future! You can run, walk or skip around campus, but be sure to glow from head to toe! Costume contest, photo booth and t-shirt included. $30 for alumni and friends / $15 for students. A portion of the proceeds goes toward the Doane Scholarship Fund.  RSVP before September 17th.  Check in takes place from 6:30 – 7:15 p.m. on the day of the race.
