Merrill Tower Toss Have you ever wondered what kind of destruction a watermelon could cause after falling from high atop Merrill Tower? Or the sound your old TV would make as it shattered against the concrete outside of Padour-Walker?
We sure have! And we are going to give one lucky student and one faculty or staff member the opportunity to find out first hand, just for the fun of it!
Here's what you do:
E-mail us at fun@doane.edu no later than noon (that's 12:00 p.m.) Friday, December 5 and let us know what you'd like to see tossed off the top of Merrill Tower and why. The lucky winner will be notified Monday, December 8 by e-mail if your idea was selected.
You can request to throw off anything you'd like. The only stipulations are:
- Nothing with a pulse or had a pulse at one time
- Nothing owned by someone else (without permission)
- Nothing that you wouldn't want to be splattered with
We will throw stuff off the tower Monday, December 8 at 4:30 PM. So even if your item wasn't selected, be sure to stop by and watch the chaos!
