Fine and Performing Arts
Fine and Performing Arts Awards are given for: art, forensics (speech), music (instrumental, piano, strings and vocal), and theatre.
Scholarships beyond general academic scholarships are offered based on a student's current ability and potential for growth. Doane will award the scholarships in up to two programs. Applying for scholarships in more than one area does not guarantee additional scholarship dollars.
Students are expected to participate in the program for which the award is given.
Admitted applicants with special abilities in fine and performing arts are eligible; must meet nomination criteria
This award is renewed each year at the discretion of the director.
