Financing Your Education

Education is one of the most important, and possibly the first, big investment of your life. Spend some time researching scholarships as they can be a big factor in financing your years at college. If you enrolled in classes at Doane College prior to Fall 2014, then please use the following document to determine your academic scholarship requirements. Custer County Foundation Scholarships

Students must be former graduates of Custer County high schools.

These scholarships are not renewable.

Performing Arts Varies. Funds are limited and awarded at the discretion of the activity director. Admitted applicants with special abilities in performing arts are eligible; must meet nomination criteria Admitted students may be required to participate in an audition / evaluation.

This award is renewed each year at the discretion of the director.

Students are expected to participate in the program for which the award is given.

Athletic Award Varies. Funds are limited and awarded at the discretion of the coach.

To be eligible for any Doane Athletic Award, first-time students must meet two of the following three requirements based on final high-school transcripts:

Admitted students may be required to participate in a tryout.
