Education is one of the most important, and possibly the first, big investment of your life. Spend some time researching scholarships as they can be a big factor in financing your years at college.

Ed Pallett Impact Scholarships	Varies. Included in the total financial aid package as required by federal regulations and college policies.	Ed Pallett Impact Scholarships are given to students who will make an immediate impact to a program as determined by the coach for an athletic program or a director of a fine arts program.	Contact the Office of Admission or Financial Aid Office.	This scholarship will be renewed according to the requirements set forth by the director or head coach in the area of the scholarship.
Lower Republican Natural Resources District Scholarship		Applicants must have permanent residence in the Lower Republican NRD. This includes the towns of Cambridge, Alma, Franklin, Red Cloud, and Superior.	Applicants essay, grades, class ranking, extracurricular activities, and letters of recommendation will be considered. Stop by the Financial Aid office to pick up an application.	This scholarship is not renewable.
Buick Achievers Scholarship		High school seniors and current undergraduate students Enrolled full time at a 4-year college or university in 2013-2014	Visit their website to apply.	This scholarship is not renewable.
The Norden Club of Lincoln Foundation Scholarship		The applicant must live within a 100-mile radius of Lincoln, Nebraska.	Visit the Financial Aid Office for application and additional information. The Committee will select an applicant who wishes to pursue and educational experience or project pertaining to any of t	This scholarship is not renewable.
American Business Women's Association (ABWA) Network Chapter Scholarship		Nebraska residents in need of financial assistance who are on a non-traditional (education has been interrupted for three or more years) track to complete their 4-year degree.	Applications available by contacting Susan Rocker at susan.rocker@doane.edu.	This scholarship is not renewable.
Lift Parts Express Scholarship		Applicants must be a US or Canadian resident between the ages of 16-21, enrolled for the fall of 2013 with a 3.0 GPA at an accredited university.	Application information available here.	This scholarship is not renewable.
Rocky Mountain Alumni Scholarship	$1,500	Must be a student from the Rocky Mountain area in Colorado. Specific requirements can be found on the Rocky Mountain Alumni Chapter site.	Please visit the Rocky Mountain Alumni site for information on this scholarship.	This is a one-time $1,500 award scholarship.
