Education is one of the most important, and possibly the first, big investment of your life. Spend some time researching scholarships as they can be a big factor in financing your years at college.

Applicants must also submit an essay no longer than 750 words based on one of three prompts made available in the spring and fall by Veterans United Scholarship Program. |
Five bi-annual $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to help pay for tuition and books. |

Parents who do not have adverse credit history may borrow for their dependent student. Applications are approved by the Federal Direct Loan Origination Center based on a credit check. |

| American Business Women's Association (ABWA) Network Chapter Scholarship |
Nebraska residents in need of financial assistance who are on a non-traditional (education has been interrupted for three or more years) track to complete their 4-year degree. |
