Durham Brooks Lab
Welcome to our site!
In 2010, our lab began work on developing an inexpensive, high-throughput method of high-resolution root imaging at Doane College. Over the course of 3 years, 20 students have worked on this project; developing, perfecting, and maintaining the hardware. See Doane Phytomorph.
Each student researcher is also involved in developing an independent project related to the large scheme project. Many are collaborating with other institutions that have similar research interests including the University of Wisconsin, Duke, and the University of Florida.
