Concert Band, MUS 190 consists of the Doane Concert Band, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, and the football/basketball pep band. Additional opportunities that exist for students enrolled in band are small wind ensembles, brass quintet, jazz ensemble, and percussion ensemble. Performances include one formal concert each term, a Holiday concert, and extended tour each year, and performances at nearby high schools in Nebraska and Kansas. Membership is determined by audition.
