Research Interests:
I have two main areas of ongoing research interest and one developing
interest. My main areas of interest include physics education and
computational physics of many-body systems. My developing interest is

- Developing image processing algorithms and code for measuring the velocity field of plant root cells from microscope images
- Developing computer simulations of biofilm growth for Pseudomonas aeruginosa with glucose substrate
