Doane College's graduate programs in education offer degrees in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as Educational Leadership. They consist of coursework and supervised field experiences, and are designed to develop and enhance the knowledge, attitude, and skills of participants. Professional Certification or Administrative Certification is obtained by completing the applicable education or teaching graduate programs.

Human Relations

A human relations major is designed for students seeking careers in human service professions. It combines studies in the fields of psychology, human relations, communication and research, with emphasis placed on understanding of individual, group and organizational behaviors. 

Course work focuses on human development, personality theory, interpersonal and group communication, multiculturalism, professional ethics and development of counseling skills. A human relations major also prepares you for an advanced degree in counseling.

Organizational Communication
