An examination of the fundamentals of limits andydifferentiation, and an introduction toyintegration. Students successfully completingythis course will be able to: 1) conceptuallyyunderstand the definitions of limit, derivativeyand integral, 2) apply the concepts of limits andydifferentiation to a variety of theoretical andyreal-life questions and 3) decisively utilizeypaper/pencil and technology-based problem-solvingytechniques. Prerequisite: High school precalculusy(advanced algebra and trigonometry) or MTH-125.y(MTH-125 is recommended if ACT math score is 22 orylower.)
