Adv. Instructional Modifications

A course to prepare participants to diagnoseystudent needs and make appropriate individualizedyinstructional accommodations in all areasyconsistent with IDEA and NE Rule 51. Learningyresulting from this course will also qualify thoseyinvolved to collaborate with paraprofessionals,yparents, and regular educators. The focus ofyadaptations will be primarily for students withylearning disabilities, behavioral disorders, andymental handicaps. Students will utilize technologyyin making modifications for learners with specialyneeds.
