Submitting a Project

To help keep us well organized and our hundreds of project requests on track, please complete a project request. It's quick and easy—and ensures we have a shared understanding of goals, responsibilities, timelines and budget.

Project Steps

Step 1.  Complete a Project Request Form.
Please be prepared in advance with your budget (don't forget postage) and your account code to charge for your project.  All costs associated with your project will be discussed and approved by you.

Step 2. Meet with our staff to confirm a due date and provide any additional information about the project.

Step 3.  A draft version is created and sent to you for review.

Step 4. Submit revisions back to us by a determined date.

Step 5.  One final review will be made after revisions.

Step 6.  The final piece is sent to print, or set live on the web.


Timelines

Creating effective, integrated pieces requires planning! Please allow at least eight-to-10 weeks for project development, design and production.

Last-minute things can and do pop up. We'll do our best to accommodate these requests while being mindful of our other projects and timelines.
