Blackboard Update Scheduled for January 2-4, 2014

We will be upgrading Blackboard on January 2-4 to Service Pack 14. With interterm starting the following Monday it is recommended any work on interterm course shells be finished before the 2nd.

Due to the upgrade there will be exciting new features that are available to you and your students. First and foremost global navigation will be added to allow users to view messages and activities across all of their courses. Instructors will be able to use the inline grading workflow to efficiently grade uploaded course work from students. The retention center will allow you to determine if an at-risk student in your course needs to be entered into our existing retention tool, Retention Alert.

For a full list of new features and software changes please check back soon. If you have additional questions about functionality please contact Dr. Tom King.
