The Minutes of the April 12, 2006 Meeting:
1. Region V Dance – Friday April 28, 2006 (set-up at 5 pm, dance at 6-6:30)
~Food needs to be ready by 5 pm and we will pick it up. We need:
Lemonade, water, chips, fruit salad, rolls, lettuce, small containers of mustard, mayonnaise, cheese, tomato, pickles, onion, and 3 ice cream toppings, serving utensils (Seth)
~Also need to ask how many names we need to cover the food (Seth)
~Remind Becky about the ice cream the week of the dance (Janelle)
~Next week we will sign up for shifts to sit outside the cafeteria and collect names
2. Youth Night – April 30 (K-5 students)
~We will send out flyer of information to schools the week of – by Wednesday (620 copies)
~Theme is Carnival – ideas next week
